"Started taking these back in 2021 and stayed on them for 2 yrs. After my first week I noticed an immediate mood shift. Not waking up dreading everyday tasks and not hating the idea of going to the gym. My cycle became regular I stopped after 2yrs because I didn’t like the idea of paying $50 every month but after 6 months off I still had a regular cycle but I realized I was back to feeling the grey cloud everyday. Started them back up again last month and can say I’m back to feeling like my best self. Not overeating or constantly craving unhealthy foods, tons of energy, my cycles are still regular. I will recommend to always take with food! When I restarted I took on an empty stomach because I was used to taking it in the morning with other vitamins, but I fast in the am and it made me throw up an hour or two after eating on an empty stomach. If you are thinking about trying this just do it. Pay attention to how you’ve been feeling beforehand and take it for 2 months and see if there’s a difference. I pray they never stop selling these and that they don’t raise the price point."

- Can this be taken while pregnant?
- Thank you for reaching out! We don't recommend taking Balance while pregnant. When you become pregnant, your hormones will fluctuate in ways they haven't before, and Balance will not be beneficial at that time when your body knows best. We recommend discontinuing use once you find out you're pregnant, and then begin or continue taking a prenatal.
- My period is 2 weeks late (not pregnant) from having used Balance for one month. Should I stop taking it? When should I expect my period? Starting to get worried!
- It is normal to experience changes to your period in the beginning of taking balance, it’s due to the change in hormones! Balance is designed to help regulate menstrual cycles, so it can be irregular in the beginning until the body is used to Balance!
- Can I take this along with a pre-natal vitamin?
- Yes you can!
