How do I earn Alani Points?
There are several ways you can earn points! You can earn points on every dollar you spend on AlaniNu.com, for every product review you leave and for following us on social media! To ensure you are earning these points, double check and make sure you are logged in to your Alani Nu account.
All points earned will automatically be added to your account – no waiting necessary!

Do Alani Points expire?
No, Alani Points do not expire and will roll over each year!
How can I use my Alani Points?
You’ll be able to use your points to redeem them for rewards during your check out process. To redeem rewards, follow these three easy steps:
1. Log in to your Alani Nu account when you’re ready to shop
2. Once you are at the checkout page, you’ll see an option to redeem points for rewards – select the amount you choose to redeem.
3. Click “Apply Points” and you’ll see the reward applied to your order.

What are the different Alani Rewards Membership Statuses?
The Alani Rewards Membership Statuses are below:
Alani Insider (spend $0-$749 annually): You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent and receive a yearly Birthday perk.
Alani VIP (spend $750+ annually): You will earn 2 points for every $1 spent and receive a yearly Birthday perk.
Can I lose my current Alani Rewards Membership status?
Our statuses are measured by the amount spent on AlaniNu.com. Once you achieve Alani Insider or Alani VIP status, your profile will automatically update, and you’ll start getting perks associated with your status.
If you do not meet the membership status spend requirement, your account will reset each year from the day your Alani Nu account was created.
How can I check my points balance and membership status?
To view your balance and membership details, log in to your Alani Nu account and visit your rewards dashboard. There, you can check out all your available points, membership status and rewards you can redeem them for.
How does your “Refer a Friend” perk work?
We love welcoming new friends to the Alani Nu Fam! Our Refer a Friend perk lets you gift your friends 10% off their very first order of $50 or more (excludes shipping and taxes) on AlaniNu.com.
