"This is a product I genuinely cannot live without. I will say it takes a consistent six months of taking to guarantee seeing all of the benefits in which states give it at least three months of consistency before you decide if it’s worth your money. Either way it has significantly helped my mood, my skin, my midsection visceral fat. This is hands-down, a magic pill. I hope they never discontinued this product. The moment I run out and don’t restock, my mood is immediately affected. Oh, and I do have PMDD and this definitely helps!! it actually helps my sleep as well. But it is important to take it specifically in the morning with your breakfast. Results are not the same if you have a late breakfast like lunchtime or your first meal is not in the morning. Always take it in the morning with food."
