"If you want Alani without carrying a can around, these sticks are certainly the best for a more 'stealthy' fix. I can easily put a stick into my tumbler at my outdoor job and stay energized and hydrated. Flavor is strong enough for at least a 24oz, if not more! The Breezeberry is great with a little splash of lemonade as well. Great for a can-less on the go journey!"
