Within 30 days of your purchase from Alaninu.com, you can submit a return for eligible items in exchange for store credit. For domestic shipments, please allow at least 5-7 business days for the package to be delivered. 

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays, during promotions and around holidays may take additional time processing due to increased order volume and shipping carrier delays/schedules. Our warehouse processes and packages orders Monday-Friday. Once your order is picked up from our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery. You can view our full shipping policy here.

As of October 1, 2025, we do not offer international shipping. Products from AlaniNu.com are currently only available for purchase and delivery within the United States.

If you place multiple orders, they will be shipped in separate packages. To ensure you do not experience delays, we are unable to combine and ship multiple orders in one package. Standard shipping rates apply. 

At times, shipping carriers may mark a package as delivered, but will deliver it at a later time. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for the package to be delivered.

• Domestic shipments are shipped via USPS or FedEx. ​

The shipping carrier is automatically determined based on the weight of your package. Please note that we are unable to make changes to the shipping carrier.

We do not currently ship to APO / FPO / DPO addresses.

Shipments receive updates at various points between pickup and delivery. However, it is not unusual for the tracking link to go more than 24 hours without an update while in transit.

During the months of November and December, you may experience shipping delays due to the holidays, influx of orders, and shipping carriers requiring additional time to get you your package.

Once an order is processed, we are unable to edit the shipping address. You will need to work with the shipping carrier assigned to your order to redirect the shipment.

If your order is shipped with FedEx, we recommend utilizing FedEx Delivery Manager via the website or mobile app. With a FedEx Delivery Manager account, you can edit the shipping address or hold the package at a location near you. 

For orders shipped with USPS, we recommend setting up mail forwarding with a Change-of-Address request or using USPS Package Intercept.
