"I have tried the Munchies protein bar, and now the Rocky Road. I love both. I think generally Alani Nu has some of the best flavors out there. I love that this protein bar has a balance between carbs and protein, because although protein is important for muscle growth, carbs are just as important to fuel workouts, and help transport and use protein. I'll continue to purchase these because they are an easy grab and go option for my day to day, and although they dont replace my meals entirely, they help supplement extremely well."

"Box came absolutely mangled, with some bars even loose in the shipping box. Also were incredibly melted. The melted part I was kinda expecting since it’s summer duh. But once they harden again they have this weird dust texture inside of the bar. Idk if that’s normal or not but just disappointed my order was not handled with any sort of care.
