"I have tried the Munchies protein bar, and now the Rocky Road. I love both. I think generally Alani Nu has some of the best flavors out there. I love that this protein bar has a balance between carbs and protein, because although protein is important for muscle growth, carbs are just as important to fuel workouts, and help transport and use protein. I'll continue to purchase these because they are an easy grab and go option for my day to day, and although they dont replace my meals entirely, they help supplement extremely well."

"The bar is good overall. Be aware, the toppings tend to fall off while opening and eating, so don't be shocked by a small mess. Still much less messy than a nature valley bar. I have noticed the filling often oozes out of the bottom into the packaging. Would love a slightly less messy version if they ever tweak the recipe. Would make it easier to eat on the go."

Best bar they have! But shipping is a nightmare

"I can’t find these bars anywhere in store so I had some shipped, since they are my favorite. They are completely melted and literally liquid pouring out when I opened them! It was so disappointing, especially after waiting so long to receive them! I have requested a refund immediately as they are inedible! It’s like warm chocolate caramel soup. And the UPS driver handed them directly to me, so they weren’t sitting out on my porch in the sun or anything. Pics and video attached!"

"I've tried all of Alani's protein bar flavors, and I truly enjoy all of them, but the PB&J is my absolute fav. It's nice and soft and chewy and has a great peanut butter flavor plus a nice ooze of strawberry jam when you bite down. I will also say that I've tried many other brands of "pb&j" protein bars, but this one is definitely my favorite across the board. I only wish my local grocery store sold them."
