"Amazing product for this 59 year old Midwest Nana. Struggle with post menopausal insomnia which results in fatigue Alani Nu pre workout powders are an absolute game changer for me. There are only 2 flavors I like the Hawaiian Shaved Ice and Cosmic Startdust, the latter I tried because Shaved Ice almost always on back order, that tells you how amazing these products are. I research and vet products due to being Type2 Diabetic and these products fit the bill. No crash no spikes no jitters. I can really tell when I miss a morning in my water.
