"Tastes just like the energy drink with no weird aftertaste. Kicks in quick and gives you a good pump. Gave me the energy for my workout after a long day. It breaks up easy in water, so a shaker bottle isn't necessary to mix it up, however you do have to stir it occasionally if you leave it sitting for a period of time."
