Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Within 30 days, if you don't love the product, head to Alaninu.com/returns and we will take your product back absolutely free for a store credit, equal to the cost of the product you are returning.

Our return policy excludes, drinks, merchandise, and snacks items. Please note that we do not accept returns from any retailers that carry our products. All discounted/promotions or limited items are final sale.

We don't offer refunds on our products because they are consumable goods and it would be a safety risk for us to resell or reuse the returns in anyway.

International returns: If you pay to send the item(s) back to our warehouse in its original condition, we will happily give you in-store credit for the retail value of the item once we receive the order back at our warehouse. Please be sure if you are returning the item(s) back to us, you provide us with the tracking number for the return order.

**Once you fill out the return link, our warehouse will approve or deny your request within one business day. Once approved you will receive a return label via email to ship your product(s) back to us.

What items are final sale?
The following items are final sale and we do not allow return on them: energy drinks, merchandise, snack items (Fit Snack Gummy Bears, Protein Bars, and Protein Cookies). All discounted and promotional items are also final sale.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for our product. Any items returned will be give an in-store credit.
Do you offer returns on purchases from retail locations?
We do not offer returns on items that are purchased from retail locations. We recommend reaching out to the retailer.

Balance

Can I take Balance while on birth control?
Many of our clients who take balance are also on some form of birth control. We recommend consulting your doctor since everyone’s body is different, however, we know that Balance will not cause any birth control to become ineffective. Balance helps with fertility if there are no exogenous hormones in the body, which are produced with hormonal birth controls. This stays true to non-hormonal forms of birth control.
Can men take Balance?
Yes, men can take balance as well. They can take balance and it will help with sleep and complexion issues such as acne, lack of hydration and/or excessive oiliness.
Should I take Balance when I am pregnant?
We don’t recommend taking it while pregnant. When you become pregnant, your hormones will fluctuate in ways it hasn’t before. Balance will not be beneficial and at that time your body knows best. Since it helps with fertility, some of our customers are taking it to get pregnant. Don’t worry, it’s okay to take in those beginning weeks when you don’t know you’re pregnant yet. Folate actually plays a large role in fetal development. We just recommend discontinuing use when you find out you become pregnant and take (or continue taking) a prenatal.
What are the side effects of Balance?
It is possible to get an initial headache in the first days of taking balance. It’s mostly due to the body needing time to ADJUST to the ingredient DIM. It should go away around one week of taking the supplement. If you have concerns, please consult a physician.
Can I break open the Balance capsules into a drink/smoothie/etc?
Yes, you can break open the capsules into coffee, smoothies, drinks, or whatever you like. The product will still be effective.
Can Balance be taken by a minor (under 18)?
We recommend consulting a physician for anyone under the age of 18. All of our products are designed to be taken by individuals over the age of 18.
Can I take balance at night, instead of in the morning?
Balance is the most effective if taken in the morning with a meal. If you don’t eat breakfast, or cannot take it in the morning, we recommend taking Balance with your first meal.
Can I take 2 capsules for Balance, instead of 4?
No, you will need to take the recommended dose of 4 capsules per day for Balance to be the most effective.
Will Balance increase my fertility, or make me more fertile?
Balance will not make an individual “more fertile”. Balance helps to bring a women’s hormone levels to a stage of equilibrium to help with trying to conceive. Balance is not a fertility supplement, but it has helped many people get pregnant when there are hormonal issues. For a person with no fertility issues before starting balance, this would have virtually no effect.

Yes! All of our products can be taken by both men and women.
What products can I take while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We recommend consulting your physician before taking anything while pregnant or breastfeeding. Every pregnancy and breastfeeding experience is different and your doctor will know what is best for you and your baby.
Are your products gluten free?
All of our products are gluten free except for our Munchies and Lemon Meringue Whey Protein and Protein Brownies and Cookies.
Are Alani Nu products keto diet friendly?
Our products are not advertised as keto. All of our products don't have a high fat content. The keto diet is not the exact same for everyone, so what one person says is keto friendly could be different for someone else. We apologize that we don't have an exact answer for you.
My pump is clumping hard. Is this normal?
Ingredients like GlycerPump in this product can cause the powder to clump more than others. The powder won’t appear as fine and smooth as the preworkout powder, but it should dissolve in water just the same. This is normal for Pump products.

What is the best way to use collagen for it to dissolve the best?
Collagen dissolves best in warm or hot liquids. It also does well mixed with a mixer, or added to a smoothie.
Will Fat Burner make me lose weight?
Fat Burner is intended to help increase your metabolism, promotes fat loss and help with energy and focus. Fat burner is not a diet pill. The pill itself will not cause you to lose a large amount of weight. Alongside diet and exercise the fat burner will help with fat loss and increasing your metabolism.
Can individuals under the age of 18 take Alani Nu products?
We recommend consulting a physician if you’re under the age of 18.
Do you have samples of protein?
We do not currently have samples at this time. We are working on restocking this as soon as possible!
Can the protein powder be used as a meal replacement?
Our protein being used as a meal replacement is not the intended purpose, but you may fit the macros for your diet as you see fit.

Shipping/Tracking

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.
How long does it take to receive an international shipments?
International shipments can take up to 30-45 business days to be delivered.
I placed an international order and the tracking information is displaying USPS, is this correct?
Our system automatically generates a USPS tracking for all customers. All international customers should input their tracking number in the following link for accurate tracking information: https://globegisticsinc.com/.
Do you ship APO/FPO/DPO?
Yes, we ship our products via APO/FPO/DPO. Please note, it can take 30-45 business days for your package to be delivered.
My tracking information isn’t updating, what should I do?
Once the product leaves our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery. Tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to update and load in the system, before movement is displayed.
My order says it was delivered, but I never received it. What do I do?
Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered. The shipping carrier can mark the package as delivered, but it will arrive later. If the package doesn’t arrive after the 5th day, please reach out to us at contact@alaninu.com and we can further assist you.
How do you ship my order?
We ship our products via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Home Delivery.
My order is being shipped to the wrong address, what can I do?
Once an item ships we can no longer update your shipping address. Please reach out to the respective carrier, USPS or Fedex, to change your address.
