Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To process your return, please head to our return portal here:  Alani Nu Returns We will take your product back for store credit, equal to the retail cost of the item(s) purchased.

Exclusions and Final Sale Items: 
  • All drinks, snacks, merchandise, and limited-edition items
  • We do not accept returns on purchases made through retail locations. 
  • All discounted, promotional, and sale items, including all items purchased during our Early Black Friday promo (11.14.22 - 11.17.22) are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipments and costs. We will issue store credit for the return once we receive the item(s) back at our warehouse. Once you have dropped off your item(s) with the shipping carrier, please be sure to reach out to our Customer Service Team at with your package's tracking number. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in-transit.

    Do you offer refunds on your products?
    We do not offer refunds for products, as they are consumable goods. However, items can be returned for store credit. To see our full Return Policy, click here to complete a return request.

    Do you offer price adjustments? 
    We do not offer price adjustments on any orders.
    Do you offer returns or refunds on purchases from retail locations?
    We are unable to accept returns from retail locations or issue refunds, as we do not have access to retail purchasing platforms. We recommend reaching out to the retailer directly to inquire about returns, exchanges, or refunds.

    Are your products Gluten free?
    All of our products are gluten free except for our Munchies and Lemon Meringue Whey Protein.
    Are Alani Nu products keto diet-friendly?
    Our products are not advertised as keto. None of our products have high fat content. The keto diet is not the exact same for everyone, so what one person says is keto-friendly could be different for someone else. We apologize that we don't have an exact answer for you.
    Can I break open Balance Capsules into a drink/smoothie/ect.?
    Yes, you can break open Balance Capsules into your desired food or beverage. However, we also have Balance Powder, which is our same formula in powder form available in two delicious flavors- Hawaiian Shaved Ice and Rainbow Candy.

    Are your Protein Shakes packaged in temperature regulated bottles?
    Yes, our Protein Shakes are packaged in temperature regulated bottles. We recommend refrigerating them once opened.
    Do you have samples of products?
    Unfortunately, samples are not available at this time. We understand everyone has different tastes, so you can return the product back in exchange for store credit to use directly on our website!

    Payments, Promo Codes, Gift Cards

    What are the Terms & Conditions for the Slim Can Chiller Promo? 
    Buy a 12 pack of any energy drink flavor and get a limited-edition Slim Can Chiller for free on Promo begins on 1.30.23 at 12PM ET and ends 2.2.23 at 12PM ET (72 hours), or while supplies last. Must add at least one (1) 12 pack of Alani Energy to your cart & one (1) Slim Can Chiller for the promo to automatically apply in cart. Promo cannot be applied to subscriptions, or combined with discounts, rewards, or other promos. Only 1 free Slim Can Chiller can be redeemed per order. Any fraudulent orders will be cancelled. All sales are final. Standard shipping rates will apply.
    How do I apply a discount code? 
    You can apply your discount code during the checkout process, located under your order summary. 

    How do I use my Gift Card? 
    You can apply your Gift Card code at checkout, located under your order summary.   
    Gift Cards can be used at any time before its expiration date. If you do not know when your Gift Card expires, check the email you received with your Gift Card code. If you are having trouble locating your Gift Card information, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at

    What types of payment methods do you accept? 
    Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, ShopPay, ShopPay Installments, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.

    How do I purchase a gift card?
    Gift cards can be purchased here. Our e-gift cards will be delivered to the email used at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email containing your gift card code shortly after purchase.
    What is Shop Pay?
    Shop Pay is an easy and secure way to store your information and experience a faster check out process with a click of a button. You can pay in full at check out and also have the option to split your purchase into 4 equal payments (interest free) for orders over $50.
    How do I use my rewards points? 
    Redeem your desired number of points from your rewards points balance. Your selected discount will automatically deduct points from your available balance. Shortly after, you will receive an email with your personalized discount code. You can apply your discount code during the checkout process, located under your order summary.  

    Please note, discount codes do not apply to subscription items and are not eligible for use during promos that use other discounts (i.e., Black Friday sale). All purchases made using a discount code are final sale. 


    Are there shipping delays during the holiday season? 
    During the months of November and December, you may experience shipping delays due to the holidays, influx of orders, and shipping carriers requiring additional time to get you your package.

    When will my order ship?
    When your order is packaged and ready to go, we will send you an e-mail notification with your shipping tracking number and a link to where you can track it online. 

    For domestic shipments, please allow at least 5-7 business days for the package to be delivered. 

    For international shipments, please allow up to 30-45 business days for your package to be delivered.   

    Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays, during promotions and around holidays may take additional time processing due to increased order volume and shipping carrier delays/schedules. Rest assured, our team's goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible, even during these times. We appreciate your patience!

    What is your shipping policy?
    Our warehouse processes and packages orders Monday-Friday. Once your order is picked up from our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery. You can view our full shipping policy here.

    Do you ship internationally?
    All products, excluding beverages, are available for international purchase. We are unable to ship liquids internationally due to the current customs regulations. We are working hard to make this option available in the future!

    How long does it take to receive an international shipments?
    International shipments can take up to 30-45 business days to be delivered, once your order is picked up from our warehouse.
    If I place multiple orders, should I expect to receive multiple packages or one package? 
    If multiple orders are placed, they will be shipped in separate packages. To ensure you do not experience any delays, we will not be able to edit, combine and ship multiple orders in one package. Standard shipping rates apply. 
    What should I do if my order was marked delivered, but I haven't received it?
    Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered. At times, shipping carriers mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later time. If your package has not arrived after the 5th business day, please reach out to us at and we can further assist you.

    How will you ship my order?
    Domestic shipments are shipped via USPS and FedEx.

    International shipments are shipped via Ascendia or DHL.

    Do you ship APO/FPO/DPO?
    Yes; however, transit times may take up to 30-45 business days.

    Incorrect Adress:
    Once an order is processed for shipment, we are unable to adjust the shipping address. We recommend reaching out to the respective shipping carrier, FedEx or USPS, to redirect your package or have it held at a location near you.

    What should I do if my tracking information isn’t updating?
    Shipments receive updates at various points between pickup and delivery. However, it is not unusual for the tracking link to go more than 24 hours without an update while in transit. .
