Do you ship internationally?
All products, excluding beverages, are available for international purchase. We are unable to ship liquids internationally due to the current customs regulations. We are working hard to make this option available in the future!
How long does it take to receive an international shipments?
International shipments can take up to 30-45 business days to be delivered, once your order is picked up from our warehouse.
Do you ship APO/FPO/DPO?
We do ship our products to APO/FPO/DPO locations. Orders can take up to 30-45 business days to be marked as delivered, once picked up from our warehouse.
What should I do if my tracking information isn’t updating?
Shipments receive updates at various points between pickup and delivery. However, it is not unusual for the tracking link to go more than 24 hours without an update while in transit. .
What should I do if my order was marked delivered, but I haven't received it?
Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered. At times, shipping carriers mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later time. If your package has not arrived after the 5th business day, please reach out to us at email@example.com
and we can further assist you.
How will you ship my order?
Domestic shipments are shipped via USPS and FedEx.
International shipments are shipped via Ascendia or DHL.
What should I do if my order is being shipped to the wrong address?
