These fruit packed popsicles will do more than just cool you down. With the added benefit of our Sour Peach Ring BCAA, these peachy pops will help you rehydrate and recover! Our take on a nostalgic summertime classic, but with the benefits to enjoy any time of year.

● 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks, dethawed
● Sour Peach Ring BCAA
● 1⁄2 cup water

Thaw the pineapple chunks, then add them to a blender. Pour in the Sour Peach Rings BCAA and water. Blend until you’ve created a smoothie-like consistency.

Next, pour your mix into popsicle molds and drop a stick in each. Cover and freeze for about 3 hours, or until you feel your freezer has done its job. At the end of it, you should have bright & peachy popsicles to freshen up your day.
