"One of the worst customer service experiences. I placed my order two days before the weekend, after 5 days still no shipping notification. Ironically, after I emailed to cancel my order the next day when I got a response was sorry your order already shipped. Yet the carrier only had notification of shipping label created. No future discount due to delayed shipping, just too bad so sad response. Unfortunately, I was not home to refuse the delivery and it was left on the front porch. Lost me as a customer."
