CAFFEINE AND CONSUMPTION GUIDANCE

know your sip. own your energy.

Caffeine is one of the most studied dietary ingredients in the world. Consuming it mindfully and within recommended amounts is key to enjoying Alani Nu Energy Drinks as part of a balanced lifestyle.

200mg of caffeine

PER 12 FL OZ CAN

Each 12 fl oz can of Alani Nu contains 200 mg of caffeine, roughly equivalent to two cups of home-brewed coffee. Caffeine content is clearly labeled on every can so you always know exactly what you are consuming.

The FDA and other leading health authorities agree that up to 400 mg of caffeine per day is not associated with adverse health effects for healthy adults. A single Alani Nu provides half of that daily threshold.
