These terms will be a placeholder and will be updated as a fast follow once confirmed by 

1. Enrollment and Authorization 

When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription fees, plus shipping and applicable taxes, until you cancel in accordance with these terms. 

2. Billing Cycle and Amounts 

Price: the recurring price shown at checkout for each subscription item (e.g., $37.99 every 4 weeks). 

Billing date: your first charge occurs at checkout. Recurring charges occur on the same cadence shown (e.g., every 4 weeks) thereafter. 

Introductory/free trials (if offered): after any introductory or free period ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the then-current price unless you cancel before the period ends. 

Taxes and shipping: applicable taxes and shipping are added and disclosed at checkout. 

3. Automatic Renewal 

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period for a successive period of the same length, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We charge your payment method automatically at each renewal without further action by you. 

4. Price Changes 

If we increase the price applicable to your subscription, we will notify you in advance by email at least 30 days (or the period required by applicable law in your state, whichever is longer) before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before it takes effect. 

5. How to Cancel 

You can cancel at any time, online: (1) go to your Account; (2) click “My Subscriptions”; (3) click the “Cancel” button. You may then see a one-time offer; to decline it and complete cancellation, click “Cancel now” and confirm. No phone call is required, and cancellation is available through the same medium you used to enroll. We will not require any step more burdensome than enrollment. 

Effect of cancellation: cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to any period already paid for. Consistent with our All Sales Final policy, fees already charged are not refunded except for defective or damaged products, or where required by law. 

6. Refunds 

All Sales Final. Subscription fees are non-refundable except for products that arrive defective or damaged, or where required by law. Canceling stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already billed. 

7. Failed Payments and Suspension 

If a charge fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or terminate your subscription. You remain responsible for amounts owed for periods during which the subscription was active. 

8. Changes to These Terms 

We may update these Subscription Terms and will provide notice of material changes as required by law.
