Helped Me Regulate My Cycle And Reduce Symptoms

"The only product I've come across that has helped me during my period. Prior to taking it, cramps could range from moderate to sever where I would be bed-ridden and I would always bleed heavily and feel lethargic. I was also irregular. Gynecologist recommended birth control pills, like they always do when you're irregular but I didn't want to take those and wanted something more natural. After about a month of taking Balance from Alani Nu, it eased my symptoms greatly and I can feel more normal while on my period. My skin also cleared up a lot a lot too and became more radiant. They used to have it in a powder format as well, which I really enjoyed. But these work as well!"

Helped me at 37

"I have taken this supplement for over a year now. Originally, I started taking it because I had acne at 36 years old that I could not get a hold of. It wasn’t severe, but it was enough to frustrate me. I also was hoping to conceive again. So my review is based off of a long-term experience. I can tell you that it helped my periods to become more predictable and it did extend my cycle length. I track my periods on an app and with this supplement, my periods are very consistent. Additionally, my acne pretty much resolved all the way with the occasional issue. My sleep improved as well, and I’m sleeping through the night more often. Another Takeaway is that my hormonal mood swings disappeared. I used to get the occasional “hopelessness” feeling where you’re not sure why you’re sad. Usually my moods are cyclical with my hormones. Since being on this supplement, I have not had that experience and the feeling of hopelessness doesn’t happen any longer. This supplement works so well that I thought all of my issues were completely resolved and that I could stop taking it because it is a bit of a cost to our budget. After being off the supplement for about two months, all of my acne returned, my sleep was struggling, and I had had several bouts of the hopelessness feeling. I re-ordered it and have been on it again for six weeks. The symptoms just mentioned have resolved. The only thing that I would suggest to anyone taking this for the first time, is that I did not notice an immediate change. It took roughly 3 months for the supplement to get fully into my system and take affect in any noticeable way. If you plan on taking this supplement, you need to commit to giving it six months or more to see if it makes a difference. Also, at now 38 years old, I was not able to conceive with the help of this supplement, however, that doesn’t mean it hasn’t helped with my fertility. It is very possible that the issue does not lie with me, but my husband. I highly recommend this but only for people who are willing to give it that amount of time."

"This is a product I genuinely cannot live without. I will say it takes a consistent six months of taking to guarantee seeing all of the benefits in which states give it at least three months of consistency before you decide if it’s worth your money. Either way it has significantly helped my mood, my skin, my midsection visceral fat. This is hands-down, a magic pill. I hope they never discontinued this product. The moment I run out and don’t restock, my mood is immediately affected. Oh, and I do have PMDD and this definitely helps!! it actually helps my sleep as well. But it is important to take it specifically in the morning with your breakfast. Results are not the same if you have a late breakfast like lunchtime or your first meal is not in the morning. "I don’t think I’ve taken it long enough to know if it impacts my physical appearance or complexion, but I use this in addition to my ADHD medication. I will take the capsules in the morning first thing with a protein shake and then I wait about an hour before taking my prescribed meds and honestly this has changed the game. Q&A

Can this be taken while pregnant?: Thank you for reaching out! We don't recommend taking Balance while pregnant. When you become pregnant, your hormones will fluctuate in ways they haven't before, and Balance will not be beneficial at that time when your body knows best. We recommend discontinuing use once you find out you're pregnant, and then begin or continue taking a prenatal.
My period is 2 weeks late (not pregnant) from having used Balance for one month. Should I stop taking it? When should I expect my period? Starting to get worried!: It is normal to experience changes to your period in the beginning of taking balance, it’s due to the change in hormones! Balance is designed to help regulate menstrual cycles, so it can be irregular in the beginning until the body is used to Balance!
Can I take this along with a pre-natal vitamin?: Yes you can!
Are we suppose to be taking 4 or these in the morning or only one?: 4 capsules everyday in the morning with a meal. :)
