I love the melonberry flavor, and there is definitely an after burn that you get as you swallow. I don't mind spice, so it was okay for me. I did feel the tingle in my body once it kicked in. Other than that, I'm not sure I noticed much difference from the pre workout plus and the burn. But I did like the flavor."
